We understand the size estimation when shopping online could be hard so we give you 100 days to try it out. The process is really simple. Just fill in the return form, attach the invoice and properly packed package send to the address:

Rules of Reclamation

It is absolutely necessary to make a complaint without undue delay as soon as the defect has occurred. Any delay in the continued use of the goods may cause the defect to worsen and subsequent degradation of the goods, which may be the reason for the rejection of the complaint.

The warranty period for the goods is 24 months and cannot be confused with the life of the goods, i.e. the period for which, when used properly and properly treated, including maintenance, the goods can withstand, due to their characteristics and purpose and the differentiation in the intensity of their use. A change(s) of goods which arose during the warranty period due to wear and tear, improper use, inadequate or inappropriate maintenance, as a result of natural changes in the materials from which the goods are made, as a result of any damage to the user or a third party or other improper interference, may not be considered a defect.

A claim shall be deemed to have been properly applied if the goods are claimed complete and the complaint is not hindered by the general principles of hygiene. The customer is obliged to submit the claimed goods cleaned, and hygienically safe. General Soul s. r. o. operating e-shop www.naine.cz is entitled to refuse to take over the complaint processing of goods that do not comply with the above principles of general hygiene.

The complaint, including the removal of the defect, will be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of application.
