Our production is based on a deep respect for nature and people. With seriousness for the environment, we strive to create products that not only respect ecosystems, but also strengthen social cohesion and ethical values.
What is sustainable production?
You have surely heard about working conditions or seen alarming photos from the factories of large retail chains. Shifts as long as 19 hours, minimum wage, working children. However, big brands will tell us that they do not own the factories and therefore have no control over these conditions. Such abdication of responsibility is unacceptable!
Thanks to growing pressure from activists and customers, big chains have started replacing parts of their collections with goods of so-called "sustainable" origin. However, it is almost impossible to find out whether decent conditions are actually provided for employees during production, or whether it is just greenwashing by big brands.
The production of GoldBee products is completely transparent
The Czech brand GoldBee produces most of its production directly in the Czech Republic. We employ Czech seamstresses who work on Czech machines, in air-conditioned workshops and in a pleasant atmosphere.
Part of the production is also allocated to Italy, where we regularly visit our partners to see with our own eyes how the production process takes place.
We therefore know the origin of the material used to produce GoldBee products, but most importantly we can supervise the entire production process.
Maximum ecological and sustainable production is very important to us. That is why we choose manufacturers and suppliers who share this philosophy with us and are as environmentally friendly as possible in their production.
Fabrics and knitwear made from cellulose, animal, synthetic, metal fibers and their mixtures, partly made from fibers with flame-retardant properties approved by the OEKO-TEX® association, partly treated with biologically active agents approved by the OEKO-TEX@ association, partly dyed, made exclusively from rubbers certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®
