Complaint procedure

Please fill out the claim form so that we know exactly what the defect is, and send the carefully packaged shipment to the following address:

Please note that the goods must be clean, washed and hygienically safe, otherwise we will not be able to accept them for a claim. Thank you very much for your consideration 🥰

As soon as we receive the shipment, we will contact you with a solution. In the event of an approved claim, we proceed as follows: if the goods are in stock, we will immediately exchange them for a new one; if they are not in stock, we will refund the full amount to your bank account. Please print the form that you will receive by e-mail and put it in the package! If you do not have a printer, just write the information on paper.

If you have problems with the form, you can always use the pre-prepared form.

 

Complaint rules
It is essential to make a complaint without undue delay as soon as the defect appears. Any delay in the continued use of the goods may cause the defect to worsen and the subsequent depreciation of the goods, which may also be a reason for rejecting the complaint.

The warranty period for the goods is 24 months and cannot be confused with the service life of the goods, i.e. the period during which the goods can last with proper use and proper care, including maintenance, given their properties, purpose and differences in the intensity of their use. A defect cannot be considered a change (property) of the goods that occurred during the warranty period due to wear and tear, improper use, insufficient or inappropriate maintenance, natural changes in the materials from which the goods are made, any damage by the user or a third party or other improper intervention.

A complaint is considered to be properly filed if the goods claimed are complete and the complaint is not prevented by general hygiene principles. The customer is obliged to submit the claimed goods cleaned and hygienically undamaged. Czech Soul s. r. o., operating the e-shop www.gold-bee.eu, is entitled to refuse to accept for complaint processing goods that do not meet the above-mentioned general hygiene principles.

The complaint, including the removal of the defect, will be handled without undue delay, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of application.
